San Leandro cops recommend 7 felony charges against man mauled by tiger

SAN LEANDRO - San Leandro police spokesman Lt. Tom Overton said today that investigators are recommending that seven felony charges be filed against a San Jose man who is threatening to sue the city of San Francisco for being attacked by a tiger at the San Francisco Zoo on Christmas Day.
